Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Red Wine Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
Brussel Sprouts
1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
2 tbsp. olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Sliced almonds
Vinaigrette
1/4-1/2 a cup of red wine vinegar
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Pinch of sugar
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Toss brussel sprouts in olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder
3. Lay brussel sprouts cut side down on a pan
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until brown
5. Toast almonds in a pan (about 5 minutes)
6. Toss roasted brussel sprouts with almonds and vinaigrette
