Pretty Perfect Snack

This is one of my favorite afternoon snacks, and makes for a yummy breakfast too!

Non-fat greek yogurt (I love the flavored kind)

A handful of Kashi GoLean Crunch
+
A sprinkle of flaxseed meal
+
Fruit of your choice!!
